At Holloway Development Consulting, my vision is to be of service to you if you are new to development and to provide help to avoid the many pitfalls of the process.
I have seen that almost everybody who has been through this process has found find it very stressful mentally and financially.
My aim is to reduce this.

Steve Holloway has spent many years in the surveying profession as a Cadastral Surveyor and a Consulting Surveyor, dealing with small and large scale developments. This experience and extensive knowledge of the development process will ensure your development will progress smoothly.

Our service will include liaising with Town Planners, Surveyors , Contractors, Engineers and Solicitors and acting as your agent to facilitate applications, permits and certificates.
